COVID UPDATE
Our priority at OnePoint remains to keep our staff and patients as safe as possible.
OnePoint Physical Therapy continues to follow CDC guidelines in regards to COVID and will continue to make changes as necessary.
Mask Policy
All staff will continue wearing masks and continue to practice proper hand hygiene before and after each treatment. We will continue to require all patients who are not exempt per CDC definition to wear a mask for the duration of their visit to OnePoint Physical Therapy.
How can you help?
If your child is greater > 2 and able to wear a mask we request they do so. If they are < 2 they should not wear one, it is not safe.
We request that if a sibling or additional caregiver needs to attend that they stay with the patient at all times in their designated treatment area.
We appreciate your awareness in our waiting room space to maintain social distancing as able.
We offer the option of waiting in your car until your therapist is ready. Simply call the front desk if you wish to do this.
Thank you for your patience and understanding during these uncertain times. Please don't hesitate to reach out to Collin at [email protected] or Stephanie, Office Manager, at [email protected] with any questions or concerns. You can also call the office 404-600-4627 if there is anything we can do for you and your family.
Stay safe and be well, we are here for you when it is right for you,
Your OnePoint therapy family
